The new graphic series by artist Tanya Akhmetgalieva is a time map, an itinerary and at the same time an observation log created in Basel and specifically for Basel. The symbols and objects organized inside the visual map are fragments of reality marked on the route as beacons or markers to find the way to a hiding place, treasure trove, forgotten or left by a guest during the journey. In her works, Tanya Akhmetgalieva recreates reality from dreams, dreams, and memories, collecting them from different corners like a collection of treasures. This collection takes us back to childhood, where everyone had their own "hiding place", which contained the most important items of value only to its owner. Such hiding places for children are little secrets. In adulthood, these are already becoming big secrets that are not accepted to share.
