"The question is: how, in what way does a person perceive and define the visible world? How do we distinguish objects of reality and after that call things by words? What orients us in space, in the material?

The "UNDETERMINABLE" series is an attempt to talk about the visible world, about matters that would not be subject to any characteristics, would not have quality categories by which we can give any assessment of the work. Can we recognize and name at least one element inside the picture? At first glance, it seems quite realistic. However, when trying to figure it out, we understand that we do not understand anything. The works are completely devoid of any quality categories.

They do not have any clear characteristics. You look, but do not see, you see, but do not understand what exactly you see. The situation is on the verge of recognition. It seems that a little more and the picture will become clear, but this does not happen. It seems to be informationally saturated, but not enough to recognize what is happening in its space." "How and when do we assign qualities to a work? How do we understand the visible? What is recognition and at what point in time does this recognition occur in the turmoil of inexplicable chaos? As a result, there remains something that we cannot describe, name with a word. We cannot assign any characteristics to it. All that remains is to use the method of "Definition through negation." There is no top, no bottom, no space, no depth, no light, no shadow, this is not a portrait, this is not a still life, this is not a situation, this is not a story, this is not a drawing, this is not a project, this is not an abstraction, this is not a text, this is not an object, this is not an installation. An attempt to understand and give an immediate and simple answer suffers a decisive defeat."
