In this project, it is important to combine the instant (digital sources of images) and the timeless (icon painting) in one artifact. In the alternation of these objects with a large distance from each other, voids and gaps begin to sound especially sharply against the background of the wall – this spatial cutting reveals a special rhythm and "syncopation" that "wrap up" everyday plots. In the resulting sequence, the sophisticated geometry of the painting boards acquires a new synchronic sound, becoming an ensemble of ceremonial, elevating a skilled person to a playing person.
Subjectivism is becoming a consumer option, and it is no longer automatic writing that allows for the operation of liberation from the unbearable physicality of everyday life, but mechanical ballet or musical notation like the one that Morozov builds with his icons on the walls. The viewer is invited to experience, as once in the iconographic canon, the apogee of a selfless visual image liberated from everyday life.
